Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms, and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

As a Spa Receptionist, you will lead the member and guest journey at Eynsham Baths through assisting with initial enquiries, booking personalised treatments with the appropriate therapist, welcoming upon arrival, processing payments, and supporting throughout their time in the Spa. You will ensure a luxurious guest experience is carried out as a standard, always striving to provide a personalised and exceptional member experience.
Who we are looking for:
* Previous experience working within a luxury spa.
* Passionate about wellness. We want you to bring and share your knowledge to help others improve their wellbeing and be interested and passionate about learning more in this ever-evolving industry.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
* Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
* Efficient and friendly telephone manner, ideally confident in utilising booking systems to make reservations.
