We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client, an iconic luxury hotel and country estate recently crowned as 'Best Hotel in the World' and 'No. 1 UK Resort.' They are seeking a visionary Executive Pastry Chef to spearhead their diverse Pastry Team.
Role Overview
* Lead, inspire, and manage the Pastry team, catering to a wide range of outlets from fine dining to bespoke events.
* Collaborate on seasonal projects, develop artisan products, and innovate the guest experience.
* Open to International candidates through Sponsorship Programme.
Location
Located in a beautiful part of Scotland and easily accessible from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Stirling, and Perth.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategically manage and be hands-on in the kitchen.
* Foster innovation in projects, including artisan chocolates.
* Develop a calendar of culinary experiences and exceed guest expectations.
* Manage costs effectively, focusing on P&L.
* Prioritize team development, ensuring motivation and engagement.

* Exceptional pâtissier with a proven track record, internationally.
* 5-star hotel experience within a multifaceted complex business.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Experience managing large teams of highly skilled Pastry Chefs.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Innate sense of creativity and a keen eye for industry trends.
