This is a great job for someone to play a pivotal role in shaping our future business operating models to support our workforce transformation A bit about the job: Working across the organisation to design operating models which deliver end to end, sustainable organisational change with a focus on transforming our workforce. Working with Senior Business Leaders, our Chief People Officers and our Heads of People to identify and prioritise key business initiatives. Commercially focused, you are responsible for balancing investments against returns and for ensuring that Aviva’s ambitions/measures for workforce transformation are met.
