An important part of your role will to keep the kitchen clean, safe and tidy at all times whilst on shift. You will also help with serving meals and will interact with our residents on a daily basis - so youll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our residents dignity at all times. Heres some other important things you need to know: Youll need to understand and comply with statutory and legal requirements such as HACCP, Health & Safety, COSHH and Environmental Health.
