The Technical Support Analyst role supports the operations and maintenance of an effective technology stack focused on delivering the support needed for the SGB business. Providing support through the ServiceNow system, they work with other members of the SGB IT Team to deliver standard fixes and changes across all solutions. Functional support of the day-to-day operational delivery of the technical solution is also part of the Technical Support Analyst responsibilities. The Technical Support Analyst is aware of most aspects of the Information Technology deployed in the SGB business. Job requirements Job Requirements – what do you need from me?
