In this role, you will assist the Branch Manager and team with a range of administrative tasks, including:
1. Supporting the team with various requests, such as loading details to property portals
2. Ensuring office expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels
3. Providing support to a dynamic team
4. Handling tasks like answering phones and dealing with customer queries
About You:
1. Highly efficient, organised, and detail-oriented
2. Confident with a professional demeanour
3. Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
4. Outstanding customer service skills
5. Self-motivated and able to prioritise multiple tasks
6. Quick to learn new processes
