Lead Data Designer Salary - Circa £70,000 This is a great job for someone who is looking to move beyond an Engineering role and building a leadership career in Software and Design. In this role you will support initiatives focussed on Data Analytic Software solutions, by providing thought leadership on data architecture, design methodologies and techniques, collaborating across the Data & Analytics platform to support development of the technical roadmap throughout Aviva. A bit about the job: This is a fantastic opportunity that will see the successful applicant lead the design of data engineering solutions within the Platform team. This is to ensure we deliver a cost effective and leading data engineering service, into our supported business units. Part of your role will be to support strategic programmes, providing guidance on how we successfully approach delivery of data engineering. The team you will be part of is responsible for drafting and oversighting the engineering standards and roadmaps across the Data & Analytics Platform areas, working with areas like Group Architecture, other Platform Leads as well as key business stakeholders to maximise value from the Platform.
