About the Role
We are seeking a recent Psychology or Criminology Graduate to join our team as a SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) Intervention Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the mental health of vulnerable young people in a specialist school setting.
* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
* Provide guidance and support to students on managing their emotions and behaviors.
Requirements
* Recent graduate in Psychology or Criminology.
* Experience working with vulnerable young people.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer
