The Cumbria Safe Haven is a mental health service based in West Cumbria and provides mental health support to anyone aged 18 and over living in Cumbria. The support provided is offered in the form of one-to-one appointments or group drop-in sessions during which we look at interventions and ways of managing mental health and wellbeing as well as signposting to other relevant services.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one appointments and group drop-in sessions for mental health support.
2. Implement interventions and manage mental health and wellbeing.
3. Signpost to other relevant services.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Relevant experience preferred.
2. Knowledge and understanding of mental health support.
3. Caring and compassionate nature.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Car driver and availability for day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
This is a permanent part-time role requiring the post holder to work 30 hours per week.
