Operations Manager - National Doors Solutions

National Timber Group is looking for an Operations Manager for our Door Solutions division, to help drive performance, profitability, and growth.
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Operations Officer, this role is pivotal in leading change, optimising operations, and engaging teams to deliver outstanding results.
As part of the senior management team, you will work closely with the Commercial Director to help improve the customer experience and deliver first-class service.
We are searching for someone with relevant sector experience - ideally in door production - that can demonstrate motivation and drive. You will be an engaging leader that is passionate about supporting and developing their colleagues. We expect you to bring your own ideas to life, whilst promoting a high-performing culture, where operational excellence is central to what we do.

* Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement process enhancements
What We are Looking For
* Proven leadership in an operational/general management role
* Experience in manufacturing, production, or joinery preferred
* A hands-on, visible leader with a track record in change management
* Passionate about H&S, quality, and employee engagement
