The Client
Our client is a Health & Protection Broker who has a fantastic opportunity to join their close-knit team.
The Opportunity
This is an interesting and varied role and will require confident people to speak with clients and insurers over the telephone. As the first point of contact, you will need to use your initiative when handling queries and ensure that you are providing an excellent customer experience. You will gather all relevant data for each client/customer’s renewal scheme. To enable you to coordinate the administration of schemes, you will need to carry out other duties including invoicing, claims, underwriting, and accounts.

What’s Needed To Be Considered?
Previous Healthcare or PMI Experience.
We will consider candidates with a minimum of 1 year’s experience.
You will possess strong communication skills with the confidence to speak with people over the phone. You will also have good attention to detail and a good understanding of MS Office, Word, and Excel.
