In this role, you will: Contribute to the development, delivery, and management of CIB and CB’s International lending strategy and Capital Optimization initiatives. Directly support weekly, monthly, and quarterly regional and legal-entity senior management reporting for the International loan portfolio regarding (i) capital usage, (ii) risk trends, (iii) client profitability, and (iv) market commentary Support the development, delivery, and maintenance of International lending controls, including involvement in (i) Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and (ii) underwriting controls Contribute to regulatory reporting and portfolio maintenance activities for the International Corporate Banking loan portfolio Assist with routine and ad-hoc senior management reporting and data requests Develop working knowledge of company policies and procedures and identify ways to enhance efficiencies and facilitate improvements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve low to moderately complex lending issues. Required Qualifications: Work experience, or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Analytical and credit skills: ability to analyze large data sets accurately, efficiently, and synthesize key trends Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Tableau, with an ability to quickly learn systems, procedures, and policies. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and interact and communicate with all levels of management. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to produce clear, concise summaries of analytical findings to senior management with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability.
