Role: Customer Support- Debt Collection- PART TIME
We are looking for an exceptional and motivated individual to join our growing contact centre.
Through both inbound and outbound calling, you will provide professional support, offering debt guidance to our customers and always ensuring you find the best and fair solution for them. This includes helping customers to pay off their debts and resolving complex enquiries.
To ensure that you are able to meet and maintain our high standards, full induction training will be provided along with ongoing coaching and support.
