Site Manager needed in Bracknell, Berkshire

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee a residential project in Bracknell. This role is part-time, occurring every Saturday. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing current workers and liaising with subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing site operations and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
* Liaising with subcontractors and coordinating their activities
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
* Conducting site inspections and addressing any issues that arise
* Reporting progress to senior management
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
* Valid CSCS Card
* First Aid certification
* Previous experience in site management, particularly in residential projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site
