We have a fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join a very successful, leading FMCG. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will cover the West of Ireland.

Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers in the area.
* Achieve sales targets by creating business development plans focusing on expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.
* Work with, lead and inspire teams to ensure their success and continuously grow sales.
* Resolve any customer issues in a quick and efficient manner, driving continuous improvement.
* Report on KPIs, sales data, market trends and customer preferences.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.
* Retain and communicate extensive knowledge of competitors and their activities in your territory.
* Key point of contact for operational relationships.
Requirements:
* 3 years + experience in a similar sales-based role within the food industry.
* Full clean driving licence.
