Employment Paralegal
Location: Leeds
Think Legal recruitment is working with a boutique law firm looking for an experienced employment paralegal to join their team and work closely with the Partner and Head of Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new entrant to the Leeds market who already has a great reputation from their other offices across the North.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Partner and manage your own broad caseload of employment law-related matters.
2. Conduct respondent work acting for organizations.
3. Represent HNW and executive level claimants on various contentious matters.
4. Engage in a mix of advisory and contentious work.
Requirements:
1. At least 6-12 months of experience in an employment paralegal role.
2. Keen to develop and grow your experience in employment law.
