We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and dynamic Sales Originator to join our growing team and help drive new business opportunities across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and securing new sales leads, with a focus on cultivating commercial relationships and delivering exceptional client solutions. A fluent German speaker is needed to support our expanding operations in German-speaking markets.
Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions
Lead, Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify and target new business opportunities/potential leads through various lead sources across the EMEA region, focusing on prospects in both existing and untapped markets.
Qualify leads by contacting the company to confirm site closure or restructuring activity which precipitates the sale of assets.
Research the right opportunities and make the required phone calls per day to find, and advance opportunities that might lead to deals for the company.
Locate and source potential leads through various company provided lead sources. Develop new lead sources to achieve assigned lead KPI's.
Load leads into Salesforce, track, follow up, and monitor to advance sales process or close lead.
Secure list (excel file) of assets for sale from the company.
Schedule site inspection or presentation to potential clients and hand the relationships over to the sales...
