Role Overview
You will be responsible for answering inbound telephone calls from residential tenants, reporting repairs and estate-related matters; to plan, instruct, and administer property compliance servicing, certification, and remedial works for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties for Savills Rural & Projects Division.

Team Overview
Savills Hub team provides management of property compliance and reactive maintenance. Our clients range from private individuals to large institutions. The team comprises 21 members, made up of a Head of Property Services, Operations Manager, Two Service Delivery Managers, a Deputy Service Delivery Manager, a Data Analyst, and 15 Customer Service Advisors.
