We’re searching for a social obsessed Assistant Social Media Manager who will design, define and execute our social media strategy as we scale as a brand. The perfect candidate will leverage their creative vision and analytical skills across all elements of social, to ensure growth, engagement and elevation of our content and community strategy. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Planning the MZ SKIN organic social strategy alongside the Head of Marketing and bringing it to life, from content creation through to community management and performance analysis. Planning and executing the Brand across all social channels aligned with the marketing calendar and key trading initiatives. Deliver regular reporting and analytics on channel performance, setting clear KPI’s with both short and long-term actions to drive continuous growth and engagement. Work collaboratively with Brand, Ecommerce, Retail and Press teams to ensure social plans are activated in line with and supporting other channels. Partner with the influencer team to deliver strong community centric plans both through paid content and community engagement. Working closely with the creative team to produce content and share content trends, performance and insights to ensure content is always best-in-class and optimised for each channel. Continuous ear to the ground of the social landscape, identifying actionable future opportunities. SKILLS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 2 years-experience in a social media role. Experience working in the consumer goods industry. Can demonstrate understanding of the beauty and luxury category. Skilled content creator across all media types. Competent computer proficiency and working knowledge of Canva, MS Office & Adobe Suite. Experience working with social-talent and influencers is a big plus. Demonstrate ability to think both creatively and strategically. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written. A fast learner with a can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills.
