Siemens SI Buildings are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Projects to lead the Project Delivery team. This is a business critical role for SI Buildings organisation and our customers where you will be responsible for the execution of BMS, Fire Safety, Security & Digitalization projects in complex and regulated environments. You will create impact by: Leading and mentoring the Project Management team in the planning and execution of large complex projects in accordance with the Client specification, agreed contract, Programme schedule, Siemens Project Management methodology and Quality procedures. Reporting and controlling revenue, margin, orders and cashflow performance. Providing early visibility of potential risks and delays to programmes and supporting the project managements team with implementation of mitigation measures. Guiding the project team in achieving compliance with the Clients requirements and meeting the operational and business objectives of the project. Developing customer relationships at senior levels within the client organisations. Chairing monthly project review meetings with the team and track outputs and actions. Guiding and supporting negotiating, agreeing and managing contracts. Leading the implementation of H&S in line with current legislation and the procedures specified within customer contracts. What skills and experience will you bring to the role: Management of large multi disciplined integrated projects in the build environment. Preferably with experience in BMS. Has demonstrable leadership ability and experience of leading major projects design and delivery teams. Proven ability to control project costs, manage change, identify and mitigate risk. Strong financial and commercial acumen. Good organisational skills, Experience of working within operations teams, able to plan ahead and communicate well with the team, Suppliers and customers. Has Project management training qualification with APM/IPMA or experience in lieu. What can we offer?
