We're excited to be looking for a Property Care Planner to join our External Delivery Admin Team where you'll work collaboratively with managers, supervisors, operatives, contractors and customers daily to deliver a seamless service, ensuring we provide an excellent customer experience at all stages of our planned delivery. You will be responsible for arranging surveys, ordering materials, maintaining accurate data on our housing management system, plan and manage operatives diaries to ensure efficiency across the geography and act as our customer liaison. This is a fast paced often changing environment and previous planning experience will be an advantage.
