Call Centre Recruitment Agent
Shift Pattern: 5 Days On, 2 Days Off (35hrs per week)
The Recruitment Agent role comes with a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme. Typically, Recruitment Agents earn £28,000 - £30,000 OTE.

Recruitment Agent key responsibilities:
* Make screening calls to all job applicants for a Sales Executive role in Verisure.
* Communicate job details, arrange interview times, and send interview reminders.
* Input the outcome of the conversation in our applicant tracking system (Workday).
* Consistently keep the pace: we expect you to launch 110 calls per day, resulting in over 25 bookings. An automatic dialler will call the candidates and make your life easier.
Minimum Requirements: At least one year of experience in telesales, recruitment, or making outbound calls is required. We also expect to see a professional attitude, good communication skills, the ability to implement feedback, computer literacy, and business acumen.
