Purosearch is working with a developing care provider who requires a dynamic and caring individual to become the Registered Home Manager for a 12-bed Residential Home, specialising in Mental Health, Complex Care, and Physical Disability for adults aged 18 and upwards.
Our client is looking for a Registered Manager who can manage the day-to-day operations of the home, compliance, development, staff management, recruitment, and quality assurance. The home has a Good CQC report, but there are still aspects of the service that need developing, including community links and improving the home's reputation in the area.
This exciting and varied role is perfect for a dedicated and resilient person with a people-centred focus, the ability to problem-solve, manage financials in a business environment, as well as coach and develop your team.
The Director is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Service Manager with a background in mental health, complex care, and learning disabilities. We seek a Registered Manager who prides themselves on a person-centred, thoughtful approach to outstanding care.
Minimum Requirements:
To apply, you must have experience managing a service supporting adults with complex needs, including functional and organic mental health, challenging behaviour, and physical disability. Additional knowledge of learning disabilities and autism would be beneficial. A relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 5) is required.
