Regional Manager/ Director | Medium Sized Provider | Elderly Care
Location: Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Hertfordshire & Essex Area
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum

We are looking for a Regional Manager/ Director for a care provider in the Midlands and South, with a view to supporting a remit of care homes operationally to ensure high standards of care for elderly people. The provider has grown to owning a plethora of homes within its portfolio, which has led to managing a team of multi-skilled healthcare professionals to success. The purpose of the role is to support overall day-to-day operations of the remit through the organizational strategies and to support, mentor, and guide Home Managers to drive KPIs to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be visible across all care homes within the remit.
* Possess expert CQC knowledge and confidence to manage a team of Registered Managers.
* Act as a support system and mentor for Registered Managers.
* Drive KPIs and overall performance.
* Have current operational experience within the care home sector.
* Implement a high level of quality and compliance across the home, ensuring that the level of care exceeds expectations.
* Drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, and promoting excellence.
* Recognize indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them, working systematically with Registered Managers to develop and deliver each Care Home's business plan.

Minimum Requirements:
* Experience as a Multi-site, Regional Support Manager, or Regional Manager within the health and social care sector, specifically with elderly residents.
* NVQ Level 5 Management.
* Good relationship management skills.
* Exposure to and compliance with CQC regulations.
* Passion for the care of elderly people (essential).
Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a two-stage format: the first stage is a Teams meeting, followed by a face-to-face interview at the client’s head office.
