Job title: Talent Acquisition & Admin Support
Location: Head Office - Harrogate
Working Week: Monday to Thursday 09:00 AM-3:00 PM with a 30-minute Lunch Break.
Pay / Salary: £13 per hour

Who we are looking for…
We are looking for a highly organised and methodical professional to support Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Administration Duties, ideally with experience in working within a Recruitment or HR Business or similar field.
What will you be doing…
Admin and Office Support Duties:
1. Raise invoices and ensure accurate billing for clients.
2. Monitor shared email inboxes and LinkedIn accounts to respond promptly to inquiries.
3. Perform CRM/data cleaning to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
4. Perform Data input tasks to the CRM.
5. Manage candidate timesheets, rotas, and work schedules across multiple clients.
6. Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
7. Occasionally set up Automation / Campaigns using programmes such as Slack, Dripify and Email Campaign tools.
8. Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to safer recruitment standards (Ofsted / NHS or CQC) for any Temporary workers.
Talent Acquisition Support:
1. Advertise job vacancies across various platforms, including LinkedIn video outreach, Dripify campaigns, email campaigns, job advert site advertisements, and CV Watchdog filtering.
2. Review CVs against a set criteria and move candidates to the next stage.
3. Format CVs and Profiles using Word.doc and Chat GPT if required.
4. Monitor and update compliance documentation regularly to meet regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience working in a Recruitment Business or similar is preferred but not essential.
2. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
5. An understanding of software such as Slack, Dripify and CRMs or the willingness and ability to learn and understand how to use them and implement automation with them.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
