What will you be doing as a Finance Administrator?
* Managing bank reconciliations, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
* Processing invoices, handling both sales and purchase ledgers
* Monitoring credit control, ensuring timely payments and managing outstanding accounts
* Supporting with financial reporting, producing key reports for internal use
* Handling credit card reconciliations and tracking transactions
* Assisting with general financial administration to support the smooth running of the department
What do you need?
* Previous office experience
* Phone experience, dealing with queries and liaising with clients/customers
* Finance experience (desirable)
* Sage experience (desirable)
