JOB DESCRIPTION
Pay Rate: £43,000 - £45,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday (hours may vary - flexibility required with needs of the business)
Location: London Heathrow Airport - TW6 2GA

We're seeking a Regional Training & Resourcing Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
1. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
2. To take overall accountability for the training schedule for the entire campus, keeping up to date with technical, mandatory and refresher training for all colleagues.
3. To devise and implement training courses, ensuring training content meets the requirement for a safe operational delivery
4. To be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches
5. Working closely with the planning, operational departments and the central resourcing team to ensure recruitment numbers are met in addition to playing a key part in their onboarding process.
6. Manage a team of Training Resourcing Managers across multiple sites
7. Identify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards, legislation mandatory requirements.
8. Assist the HSES Manager in reviewing, developing and improving current practices via Risk Assessment & in line with Training content
9. Provide training plans to the SLT including reports, compliance updates in line with regulatory process
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

10. Previous work experience within a training department across multiple operations
11. Experience working within management aviation industry – Essential
12. UK valid driving licence (manual) – Essential
13. Attention to detail
14. People relations
15. Excellent communication skills
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
16. Be able to provide five years address history
17. Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
18. To obtain a full airside ID
