What You’ll Be Doing As a Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, working alongside managers to lead and coordinate our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery. Your role will include: Leading, supporting, and scheduling our Civil Enforcement Officers Delivering daily briefings to keep the team informed and motivated Setting the standard by leading from the front and inspiring your team Handling escalated queries from both colleagues and the public Patrolling streets and public car parks, ensuring compliance with parking regulations What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role Excellent communication and people skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office A strong customer-focused approach The ability to work independently and take initiative Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed What’s in It for You?
