You’ll utilise tools, DMAIC methodologies and ManEx practices to drive planning improvements and cost efficiencies across our planning and logistics function. You will drive continuous improvement activities through the leveraging of performance data analytics alongside internal and external insights. The role also involves planning cover for our Cambus sites, where you will be responsible for covering for crafting and delivering the operational plan for our barrel park and filling store. The role involves working closely with our on-site 3rd party logistic teams, co-ordinating our fleet and managing them optimally to allow successful delivery of the weekly plan. You will have positive can-do demeanour, and the ability to make decisions fast, while dealing with high pressure situations as well as highly effective Interpersonal communication skills to allow you to carry out your role. You should be able to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external parties.
