We are seeking a dedicated Risk and Governance Business Partner to support and shape our product governance framework. Key Responsibilities: Risk Management & Compliance: Analyse and assess our product portfolio, identify potential risks, and implement measures to mitigate them. Ensure adherence to Consumer Duty and Product Governance regulations. Framework Development: Develop and implement robust frameworks, policies, and procedures for effective compliance and risk management. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements. Regulatory Reporting: Coordinate and manage timely and accurate reporting to regulators as required. Leadership & Strategy: Work closely with the Risk & Governance Director to deliver the function’s strategy and lead risk and governance initiatives across the division. Peer Review & Audit: Lead the underwriting and claims peer review process and oversee the Pen audit process to ensure quality standards and effective oversight. How you'll make an impact Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK insurance market and regulatory environment. Knowledge of FCA’s product governance rules and regulatory regimes for general insurance. Experience and Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present risks. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Advanced Excel skills. High degree of self-awareness and self-management.
