As Project Manager you’ll manage complex, industry-leading projects that make a real difference across sectors like defense and marine. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they align with the project objectives. and client, all whilst being part of a highly skilled, passionate team that values innovation and hands-on problem-solving. What we’re looking for? We are looking for someone who displays strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills. You should have the ability to look at problems or situations from a fresh perspective and come up with innovative or unconventional solutions whilst navigating project challenges and achieving the desired outcomes within specified time constraints. Skills that will help you in the role: Project management experience, ideally in welding, fabrication, or similar fields, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end. Multitasking and initiative, you thrive juggling multiple tasks and keep projects on track. Excellent communication with the ability to confidently lead teams, manage client expectations, and explain technical details. Industry experience with a background in engineering or marine sectors is a plus, along with site management know-how. Where will you be working? You will be based at Westway Business Park, Renfrew. Westway is Scotland’s largest full enclosed industrial park, the park is currently home to Malin Marine Services and our sister company Malin Equipment. There will be the occasional requirement to work from remote client sites for a few weeks while delivering projects for installation.
