Sales and Retention Manager - Cambridge Company Description This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager and our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting them and the wider team in the successful operation of the gym, with a specific responsibility for driving new member sales, maximising retention & overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.
