The Role
The Junior PA will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
4. Manage and update diaries, and organise internal and external meetings
5. Coordinate travel arrangements and handle complex billing processes
6. Support fee earners with administrative tasks, including document production and marketing activities
7. Handle client communications and manage client details in the firm's contact system
8. Assist in financial processes such as billing and credit control
9. Provide support to other team members and departments as needed
The Candidate
10. The ideal Junior PA will possess the following qualifications and skills.
11. Accurate typing speed of at least 60 wpm
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
13. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
14. Strong organisational and team skills with attention to detail
15. Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
16. Passionate, approachable, and solution-focused
