Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into successful project plans.
* Act as the main point of contact between clients, site managers, project teams, and subcontractors.
* Support the preparation of tenders and commercial bids, ensuring competitive and accurate submissions.
* Monitor construction schedules, proactively managing any delays or unexpected challenges.
* Collaborate with financial teams to control costs, manage variations, and oversee invoicing.
* Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
* Identify and mitigate risks, keeping projects on track and clients satisfied.
* Drive efficiency and innovation, continually improving processes and project delivery.
