Receive, assist and direct patients accessing NEMS services in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Answer calls in a professional manner in accordance with the service agreements. File paperwork. Computer data entry/data allocation and collation, processing and recording information in accordance with procedures. Regular patient contact to ensure that NEMS CBS requirements are met. Assist the Shift Leader and Service Managers. Co-ordinate home visits and patient transport. Liaise with staff at 111 and other medical organisations. Receive and assist service users and providers in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Ensure only authorised personnel enter the building and follow relevant data protection and security procedures. Provide assistance and support to new members of staff.
