Job Description
Accounts Assistant duties include:
1. Inputting purchase invoices
2. Bank reconciliations
3. Supplier statement reconciliations
4. Raising sales invoices
5. Accruals & prepayments
6. Assist with month end processes
7. Post month end journals
8. Maintaining the fixed asset register
9. Assist with financial reporting - weekly, monthly & quarterly
10. Maintaining the ledgers
11. Tracking & processing expenses
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
1. Have a proven track record in a similar role
2. Be studying AAT / ACA / ACCA / CIMA
3. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
4. Be proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
5. Be able to work to tight deadlines
6. Have strong attention to detail
