Job Title REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - DOORS
Job Description
We are retained by a leading specialist manufacturer of high – end Bespoke Doors and due to expansion they are seeking a dynamic individual to join their sales team. Ideally you would be experienced selling Doors/ Joinery Products or have worked in the Builders / Timber Merchant sector it would also be an advantage to have a good understanding of the construction sector. This position is for an experienced individual that can establish & build relationships at Senior level.
Reporting to: Managing Director
As REGIONAL SALES MANAGER you will be working along with the estimating & sales team promoting the company’s Products to exciting sectors Builder & Timber Merchants, Installers, Builders / Developers and Retail Showrooms.
Key Responsibilities as Regional Sales Manager
* Develop awareness and raise our clients profile within your target sectors.
* Staying updated with Industry Trends
* Provision and management of supplied marketing and specification material
* Quoting and costing customer requirements
* Understanding customer needs and requirements, research accounts, identify key players.
* Prospecting & lead generation
* Building and maintaining relationships and winning enquiries & ultimately the business
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required as Regional Sales Manager
* Proven experience in sales
* Knowledge of Door / Joinery Products
* Experience selling to Merchants both Independent & National
* General Construction knowledge essential & knowledge of the Construction sector
* Self motivated with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Effective communication skills
* Customer focused with sound commercial skills.
* Good IT skills & PC literate and experience with Microsoft Outlook
