Description
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
2. Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and other workers on the job site
3. Ensuring that all work is done in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other requirements
4. Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure that they are accurate and complete
5. Working with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets
6. Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports
7. Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
8. Identifying and addressing issues and problems that arise during construction
9. Ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
10. Conducting site inspections and safety audits to ensure that the job site is safe and secure
Profile
The right Construction Superintendent will have:
1. 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a GC
2. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
3. Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
4. Strong literacy of MS Word, Excel and Procore
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. OSHA 30
