About the Role:
This is a fantastic step-up role for someone with experience managing people, suppliers, or engineering processes in the food sector. You'll move into a hands-on, client-facing position where you'll lead projects from costing through to completion - supported by a dedicated internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver food industry projects ranging from £2,000 to £5 million
* Liaise directly with clients as the key point of contact, building long-term relationships
* Coordinate labour, materials, risk assessments, method statements, and contractors
* Ensure all health and safety regulations are met across sites
* Monitor budgets and progress to deliver on-time, in-scope, and to standard
* Travel to client sites and attend team meetings in Potters Bar (weekly/fortnightly)
What We’re Looking For:
* Practical experience in the food sector - e.g. engineering, site management, hygiene management, health and safety etc.
* Strong organisational skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
* A good understanding of project workflows, people coordination, and basic budgeting
* Awareness of health and safety compliance on active sites
* A proactive communicator who enjoys taking ownership
* Willing to travel and comfortable with a remote-first setup
* Full UK driving licence
