The role of ICNARC Clerk is integral to the ongoing development and maintenance of our healthcare database systems. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of data submissions, with a particular focus on the critical care units. This role requires a proactive and dynamic approach to data analysis and reporting.
The post holder is required to ensure the ongoing development of the ICNARC and CCMDS database system, ensuring accuracy and validity of the care organisation data submission.
The post holder will require a proactive and dynamic approach to data analysis and reporting, ensuring key quality indicators on all documentation are accurately recorded and inputted. Where issues arise, these should be escalated to the lead consultant, nurse, clinical director, and/or directorate manager as applicable.
In addition, the post holder will provide assistance to the clinical director and critical care consultants in the coordination of the biweekly M&M and MDT meetings. This will include recording actions and outcomes, national data collection, and other data collection identified by the MDT.
