Nicholls Art Group is a premier, bespoke independent Art Advisory and TV Programming firm seeking an Executive Assistant with administrative experience, ideally in art or creative industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the CEO with organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
* Provide hands-on involvement in organising and managing a variety of projects, high-profile events, and meetings.
* Schedule and coordinate CEO meetings and events, taking notes and managing action points.
* Assist in showcasing emerging and established artists across digital and in-person platforms such as Artsy, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
* Manage website content including publishing blogs, uploading new social media posts, and page management.
* Draft weekly newsletters.
* Regularly provide client updates on artists, artworks, and special events.
* Coordinate exhibitions and promotional activities.
* Proficiency in website management and social media platforms.
* Basic video editing knowledge is a plus.
* Passion for the art world and digital media.
This role is based in Central London for meetings, Knightsbridge office, and part-time remote work.
