Group1 Brighton is looking for an Aftersales/Service Manager - Maternity Cover.
Your role
Working in our aftersales department as an Aftersales/Service Manager, you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing outstanding customer service to all customers.
As part of a successful, global automotive group, you’ll broaden your experience across both sites and brands. With the right support from us, you’ll be able to progress as high as you can aim.
What you’ll do day to day
1. Manage the aftersales/service teams including parts, vehicle technicians, and service advisors.
2. Coach and motivate the teams.
3. Monitor performances against agreed targets and budgets.
4. Analyse areas of performance and weakness and provide guidance.
Your profile

1. Previous experience of working within the automotive industry.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of the motor trade.
3. Able to influence, motivate and manage a team effectively.
