From crafting compelling blog posts and social media updates to optimizing website copy and email campaigns, you’ll play a key role in showcasing our brand and driving customer engagement – while ensuring every piece is SEO-friendly and performs well. What You’ll Be Doing Content Creation: Write, edit, and optimize high-quality content, including blog posts, infographics, social media updates, email campaigns, and website copy. SEO: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility. Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, such as webinars, product launches, and events. Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify content gaps and high-demand topics. Content Maintenance: Regularly update and refresh existing content to keep it relevant and impactful. Analytics : Monitor content performance, report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to align content with business goals. You’ll also collaborate with our designer to create visually appealing content that captures attention. You Should Apply If You Have 1–2 years of content marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry. Have exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Are comfortable diving into technical product details and simplifying them for our audience. Have an understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. Are knowledgeable about social media channels and their unique content requirements. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and email marketing tools. Are highly organized and capable of juggling multiple projects. Are comfortable working independently, and can stay motivated and connected while working from home. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Are proficient in English at a native speaker level.
