Responsible to: End User Compute Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-campus University working across multi-disciplinary teams within both our Infrastructure and Security portfolios. As the new End User Compute Architect, you will be joining a team who have ownership for the design, development, management, operation and full lifecycle of Desktop and Cloud Infrastructure including but not limited to Microsoft MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, JAMF Pro, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), client device engineering and cloud AV solutions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Managing the creation of Operating System Images and the release and update of applications through SCCM, Intune, AVD and JAMF Pro.
2. Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail.
3. As part of a team you will lead the development, troubleshooting and support of SCCM, Intune, JAMF and various other EUC technologies.
4. Support and enhance the current End User Computing technologies deployed throughout the University.
