Business Support Administrator
£12.50 per hour
Carlisle Area
Duties :
1. Coordinating and managing calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives and teams.
2. Serving as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries, handling calls, and responding to emails.
3. Maintaining databases, records, and filing systems, often using software like Excel, CRMs, or enterprise systems.
4. Preparing, reviewing, and organising documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
5. Keeping track of inventory and ensuring that the office has the necessary supplies and equipment.
6. Overseeing day-to-day operations, including office maintenance, organising repairs, and ensuring a smooth work flow.
7. Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, including negotiating contracts or handling payments.
8. Booking rooms, preparing agendas, and organising catering or other services for meetings and events.
9. Assisting with the organisation of company events, conferences, or employee gatherings.
10. Recording notes during meetings and distributing action points or decisions to relevant parties.
Key requirements and skills:
11. Experience working in a administrator position
12. Right to work in the UK
13. High level of communication
14. experience taking minutes within care proceedings (desired)
