The role focuses on implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance transaction processing, while maintaining compliance and optimising operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and improve operational processes. Lead projects and support operational resilience testing. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management for decision-making. Collaborate with Finance, IT, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure efficient, compliant operations. Key Experience & Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of financial institution operations, particularly in Treasury and Trade finance. Operations Function in a financial institution KYC, Due Diligence rules and regulations as well as PRA and FCA Regulations and UK Company Legislation Postgraduate qualification is desirable.
