This role is all about hitting targets and making the most of your relationship-building skills to help you grow a pipeline of new prospects, increase sales revenue, and new member count. What does the role entail for a Sales Manager?
1. You will spend most of your time exploring opportunities, showing your team direction, and practicing sales excellence.
2. You will be accountable for delivering coaching sessions, team 1:1s, and training to your team.
3. You will be responsible for the sales team compliance and inspections.
4. You will deliver sales and your own personal KPIs as well as the team's KPIs and targets.
5. You will maintain interdepartmental relationships, including attending Head of Department meetings and appointments with your wider club team.
6. The sales managers are accountable for the sales targets set each month, leading from the front and selling memberships, which is vital to your ways of working and success within the role.
7. You will identify opportunities in the local community to help drive new inquiries as well as seek opportunities to “Do Good” with charities, schools, and local businesses.
