About us
We opened our very first office, which specialised in Lettings, just across the road from Bromley South Station in 2010. This was quickly followed by a second branch in the High Street, this time devoted to residential sales, land and new homes.
Following an increasing number of instructions from the Petts Wood area, it seemed only natural that our third branch, which opened in 2012, should be in Petts Wood. We like to think that our hard working staff, extensive knowledge of the local area and our open and honest policy when dealing with customers, are just a few of the reasons for our reputation as one of the go-to estate agents in the area.
However, one thing is certain: whoever you are and whenever you step into a branch of Sinclair Hammelton Estate Agents, you can be assured of a warm welcome and a personal service that puts you at the very heart of our business.
Sinclair Hammelton are looking for a Trainee Negotiator for our flagship Bromley Office.
We require trainee negotiators with excellent organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach, a strong customer focus and a desire to meet and exceed targets.
You will be trained in proactively managing, maintaining and developing relationships with both potential vendors and landlords, tenants and buyers.
Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude is essential.
