The role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of 24-hour service across the scheme, promoting safety, security, reassurance, excellent customer service and comprehensive maintenance of all areas across the scheme.
You will also work to enrich the lives of service users by leading, monitoring and co-ordinating the activities of the service in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to service users in accordance with their individual support plans, the organisations policies and procedures, regulatory and legal requirements.
At High Mount and Barn Farm we support a total of 27 individuals, with all aspects of daily living including personal care, preparing meals, financial and domestic support and administering medication.
You will report to the Regional Manager and will be expected to work in a flexible way and across other service settings as required.
In this role you will lead, manage, and support a team of employees and develop positive partnerships with all key stakeholders, ensuring that all activities are fully compliant with relevant policies, procedures and regulations. As a Care Manager, you will bring the below values and behaviours:

About You:
1. You will be a Registered Learning Disability Nurse, have a Care Qualification NVQ Level 5, RMS or relevant care/management qualification or be willing to work towards gaining a qualification
2. Ability to use computers and familiar with technology
3. Experience working with older people and/or have a learning disability and/or mental health needs in a relevant care setting
4. Have an understanding of good practice in relation to the management and operation of Domiciliary Services
5. Knowledge of safeguarding practices, budget and resource management
6. You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to promote strong team working, organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as maintaining high levels of confidentiality are essential requirements
7. Full UK driving licence with flexibility to work across the region with access to a vehicle is essential for this role
