About the Program At JPMorganChase, we recognize that rewarding careers do not always follow a conventional path. The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least 2 years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide. The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 22, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. What We Look For: Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, express complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner and have relevant experience for the Line of Business. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program. The candidates' background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the Securities Service business areas. Individuals with previous experience operating at Vice President or Associate level (or equivalent) in th e Securities Services business are encouraged to apply.
